II. 💸 Refund Policy

- Cancel Subscription: Requests must be submitted via support channels (email / online form). ❗ Self-cancellation is not supported within the account.
- Refund Conditions:
- ✅ Monthly Plan: No refunds once payment is made, even if unused
- ✅ Annual Plan: Refundable based on full remaining months (partial months count as full)
- ✅ Exceptions: If additional services (manual review, API usage) have been used, or if terms are violated

- Review time: 1–5 business days
- Refund method: Processed within 10 business days after approval
